Questions, answered
Do my stars expire?
Not while you visit. Stars stay as long as you order at least once every 6 months, and we email you a month before anything would expire.
Do delivery orders earn stars?
Yes, when you order through the GioCoffee app or this website, including Grab and foodpanda deliveries placed from here. Orders placed inside the Grab or foodpanda apps don't earn stars.
How do I get my birthday drink?
Add your birthday when you join. On the day, any handcrafted drink in any size is free at any store.
What is the tumbler bonus?
Bring any clean reusable cup for ₱10 off and 5 extra stars. Buying a Gio Steel Tumbler adds 20 stars once.
Can I share stars with a friend?
Gold and Reserve members can send up to 100 stars a month to another member from the app.
